Reemplazo y Reembolso
You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order, to submit a Replacement or Refund, the procedure is very simple:
1) Fill out the form below, indicating in the Reason field, why you´re going to replace or return the item,
a) In case of Replacement, you should also indicate for which item you want to exchange, (this step will allow reserve one particular item, if it exist in stock);
2) Within 48 hours we will contact you;
3) We will schedule one pickup for the product you want to replace or return;
a) The return shall include one duplicate of the Invoice, or duplicate of Gift Ticket (in case it was an offer). *
4) After confirmation of receipt of the order in our facilities,
a) In case of Exchange, the desired item will be shipped emediatly;
b) In case of Devolution: you will receive an email notifying you the assignment of a Credit Note on your Account of equal value to the item returned.
*All items that are returned must be placed in the original packaging, in the same condition they were sent.
